- What problem am I solving? (automation, content, design, etc.)
- Which apps do I need to connect? (Gmail, Slack, Sheets, etc.)
- How complex is my workflow? (simple 2-step, or complex multi-step)
- What's my budget? (many have free tiers!)
- Do I need support? (tutorials, docs, customer service)
Quick Guide:
- For most automations: Try Zapier or Make first (most popular)
- For complex workflows: n8n is more powerful
- For writing: Jasper or Copy.ai
- For images: Midjourney or DALL-E
